Micro silica Physicochemical Properties:

1, Micro silica appearance: white;Refractoriness > 1600 ℃; Bulk density: 200 to 250 kg / m3.
2, Micro silica fineness: 90% fineness of 0.1μm; average particle size of 0.1 ~ 0.2μm, specific surface area: 20 ~ 28m2 / g. Micro silica fineness and specific surface area is 80 to 100 times of that  of cement, 50 to 70 times of fly ash.

3, Micro silica particle morphology and mineralogical structure: Due to the surface tension of the phase change, micro silica fume forms into amorphous phase amorphous spherical particles with smooth surface, or a plurality of ball particles stick together.

Micro silica fume is a high activity pozzolanic material with large surface area. Micro silica in materials will play the role of lubrication with the tiny spherical body.

Brown Fused Alumina Raw materials:


1. bauxite: main raw material of smelting corundum, corundum ceramics and single crystal corundum. Bauxite, also known as alumina, main content is aluminum trihydrate (Al203 3H20),  boehmite (A1203 H20), as well as mixtures of opal, hematite, goethite and other minor components. It has requirements on chemical composition, degree of dehydration, melting point and the block for the production of brown corundum.

3. Features of Magnesium Aluminate Spinel: high bulk density, high mineral phase content, well developed grain, uniform structure, good quality and stability. Magnesium Aluminate Spinel has good resistance to corrosion, erosion and flaking, good slag resistance, resistance to abrasion, good thermal shock resistance, high temperature performance.

Sintered spinel advantage: The process is a continuous ceramic process, control the feed rate of the kiln and balanced temperature distribution, the crystalline particles are very uniform with size of 30-80μm; and low porosity (<3%).

Advantages of Magnesium Aluminate Spinel: the process is with intermittent operation, a large cast block need to extend the cooling time, cooling of the cast block leading to uneven microstructure, due to rapid cooling, the outside spinel crystal is smaller than inside crystal, low-melting impurities are concentrated at the center, therefore, there is need to sorting and Homogenizing fused spinel raw material.

Spherical asphalt is made from coal tar pitch which is processed by heating, spraying, cooling and molding. Put the test material asphalt into dissolved kettle for heating and dissolving. At the same time turn on the power electric lap and liquid asphalt is ejected from the nozzle, the air make it atomized into fine particles. Asphalt particles in the cooling tower come into semi-finished products which sent into the three million vibration screening filter from the cooling bottom to get the final spherical asphalt products.
