High Alumina Cement

Aluminous cement (formerly known as high alumina cement) takes bauxite and lime as raw materials, formulated by a certain percentage, calcined, ground to a Aluminate material, also known as aluminate cement.

Chrome Oxide Green

Product Description:

Chrome oxide green also known as chromium oxide, chromium oxide with molecular weight of 151.99. It is Hexagonal green powder with Density of 5.21g / cm3, Mohs hardness of 8.5 to 9, which is close to the corundum (Al2O3), second only to diamond, and more than quartz SiO2, topaz Al2 [SiO4] (F, OH) 2 and zircon ZrSiO4).

Features and Application:

The refractive index is 2.5 (cover rate is good), specific heat capacity (20 ℃) /0.17J/ (g · K). a, refractoriness
Alumina brick refractoriness are higher than clay and semi-silica brick, which can be 1750 ~ 1790 ℃, belonging to high-grade refractory.

b, load softening temperature
Because high aluminum products has high Al2O3 content, less impurities, less fusible vitreous, so load softening temperature is higher than that of clay brick. While mullite has not formed crystalline mesh tissue, the load softening temperature is still not higher than that of silica brick.

c, slag resistance
there are more Al2O3 in high alumina bricks, which is close to neutral refractory, resistant to erosion of acid and alkaline slag, because it contains SiO2, so the resistance ability to alkaline slag is weaker than resistance acid.
