Metal Silica Fume used as refractory material

Metal Silica Fume is elemental silicon by industrial purification, which is mainly for the production of organic silicon, the preparation of high purity semiconductor materials as well as preparation of special-purpose alloys. China is the world's leading silicon metal origin. Processed by washing, selection, grinding, Silicon metal is made into 200 mesh, 320 fine fume. Depending on the content, metal silica can be divided into 90%, 95%, 97%, 98%, and other quality standards with low prices. 1. Industrial silica fume is extensively applied to refractory and powder metallurgy industry in order to enhance high-temperature resistance, wear resistance and inoxidizability. The product is comprehensively used for steel furnace, kiln and kiln furniture.

2. In the organ silicone chemical industry, industrial silica fume is the basic material of organ silicone polymer synthesis, such as the production of silicon monomer, silicone oil and silicone rubber preservative, increasing high-temperature resistance, electrical insulating property, anti-corrosion property, water resisting property and other characteristics of products.

3. Monocrystalline silicon is made from industrial silica fume and then processed into silicon wafer which is the essential raw material of integrated circuit and electronic components.

4. In the metallurgy casting industry, as the additive of uniron-base alloy and alloying agent of silicon steel, industrial silica fume increases the hardenability of steel. Also, it can be used as reducing agent of some metals for new type ceramal and other products.
