Alumina Hollow Ball

Product Description:

Alumina hollow ball is a new type of high temperature insulation material which is made from industrial aluminum treated by smelting in an electric furnace. The crystal form is a-Al2O3 micro crystals.

Alumina hollow ball can be made into various shpes with the highest temperature 1800 ℃, which is of high mechanical strength, and the volume density is only one-half of corundum products.

There are mixed grade alumina hollow ball and graded ball two types: mixed-level ball diameter is 0.2-5mm, graded ball diameters can be respectively 0.2-1mm, 1-2mm, 2-3mm, 3-5mm.

Application:

Alumina hollow balls are widely used in high temperature furnace and ultra high temperature furnaces such as the petrochemical industry gasifier reactor, carbon black industry, metallurgical industry and other high-temperature induction furnaces, etc.
