Heat-resistant stainless steel fibers adopt the latest metallurgical process - melt-quenching method, extracted from the heat resistant stainless steel melt. After adding refractory substrate  into the heat-resistant stainless steel fiber products, it can greatly improve the hot corrosion resistant structures, thermal cycling, impact resistance, heat resistance and thermal wear performance rating.

Heat-resistant stainless steel fiber added to the unshaped refractory material (castable, plasticity, ramming material) it will change the refractory internal stress distribution, to prevent the crack expansion, refractory brittle fracture mechanism into ductile fracture; Material performance has been significantly improved.

Advantages of Heat-Resistant Stainless Steel Fiber:


1. Cheap and short process;
2. Rapid quenching process gives steel fibers microcrystalline structure with high strength and toughness;
3. The cross-section of the fiber was irregular crescent-shaped, the surface is of natural roughness, and good matrix binding with other refractory;
4. It has a good high temperature strength and high temperature corrosion resistance. Heat-resistant stainless steel fiber reinforced refractory material effect: the biggest drawback of refractory is its brittle fracture.
